Coaching vs. Therapy:
Coaching works best for healthy people who have resolved past issues and are ready to take the next step. A coach is action oriented and asks what you are willing to do, when will you do it and how will you get it done.
Coaching vs. friends & family:
Coaches are impartial and willing to tell you the truth. Often time friends and family are unwilling to be honest with you because they do not want to endanger the relationship. A coach listens for what is not being said and is completely focused on you and your happiness. You will not be judged in any way and will never be made to feel wrong so use your coach as a person to discuss ideas and receive sincere and supportive feedback.
Coaching vs. doing it by alone:
Almost anyone can benefit from having a coach. Working with another person is an excellent way to amplify your energy and move it toward your passions. Many of us tend to want to do everything for ourselves but oftentimes become weighed down with all of the possibilities. Coaching provides a way to gain perspective and focus. A coach will work with the client to put each idea into action through completion. While assisting with each idea a coach will also keep an eye on maintaining balance in life.
